Zenie Zdorow

Coordinator of Recruitment and Partnerships

Education: B.A. in Pedagogy and M.A. in Education and Linguistics,  Crimean Engineering-Pedagogical University | Crimea, Ukraine

Zenie Zdorow is the Coordinator of Recruitment and Partnerships for the Community Transformation and Chaplaincy Program. With a background in community organization, education, and faith-based leadership, she is passionate about helping students discern their purpose and equipping them with the resources, support, and field experiences needed to grow in faith and vocation.

Originally from Crimea, Ukraine, Zenie values diversity and multiculturalism and brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural engagement. She previously served as Director of Social Services at Moscow Protestant Chaplaincy, where she developed expertise in volunteer coordination, partnership development, and program oversight. She currently serves as Co-Lay Leader for Southeast District Churches in the Florida UMC.

Zenie is married to Rev. Mike Zdorow, pastor of The Gathering Place UMC in Palm Beach Gardens. Together, they find joy in parenting their son and embracing life in South Florida, where she enjoys the beach, the outdoors, and building meaningful connections within the community.
